Products & pricing
We do our best to keep product details, availability and prices accurate, but errors can happen and stock changes. If we discover an error affecting your order, we’ll let you know and put it right — including offering a refund where appropriate.
Live animals
- Live animals are sold in store, not through online checkout, so we can match the right animal to the right home.
- We may ask questions about your setup and experience, and we reserve the right to decline a sale if we don’t believe it’s in the animal’s best interest.
- Our animals come with a health guarantee — see our returns & refunds page for details.
Orders & collection
When you place an order for supplies, you’ll receive confirmation and, for click & collect, a notification when it’s ready. Please bring proof of purchase when collecting. See delivery & click & collect for how it works.
Returns
Returns and refunds are covered on our returns & refunds page, including change of mind, faulty items and live-animal welfare.
