Order your supplies online and pick them up in store — often ready in as little as an hour. Perfect for grabbing food and essentials on your way home. You’ll get a notification when your order is ready to collect.
Local delivery
We deliver supplies locally and it’s free on orders over $79 (a small flat fee applies under that). Delivery covers the suburbs around our Hoppers Crossing store — ask us if you’re not sure whether you’re in range.

A note on live animals
Birds, rabbits and (soon) reptiles, fish and axolotls aren’t sold through online checkout or delivery. We always rehome animals in person so we can match the right pet to the right home and give you proper setup advice. You’re welcome to enquire about what’s available, then visit to meet them.
