How it works

We pick and pack your order at your nearest store.

3. Collect

A note on live animals

Birds, rabbits and (soon) reptiles, fish and axolotls aren’t sold through online checkout. We always rehome animals in person so we can match the right pet to the right home and give you proper setup advice. You’re welcome to enquire about what’s available, then visit to meet them.
