Pet Universe started as a family who couldn’t get enough of animals — and turned that into a shop where Melbourne’s pets get genuinely good care. One welcoming store, one passionate team, and a whole lot of creatures.
Built by animal people
We’re a family-owned, independent pet shop serving Melbourne’s western suburbs. We’re based in Hoppers Crossing — same family, same values, looking after Melbourne’s pets.
What makes us different is simple: we actually keep these animals. The advice you get across the counter comes from real experience with birds, rabbits and the rest — not a script. We’d rather help you get it right than just make a sale.
